We’re still here supporting the community.
Along with many other clinics, we are reducing the number of patients coming through our doors by offering telehealth consultations. Medicine by phone!
To protect our precious community, we are encouraging patients, who do not need to attend face-to-face appointments, to book a telephone consult with their doctor. If you only need a repeat script or referral, please order it online via our ‘book now’ page. If you want to discuss a medical issue that does not require a physical examination, book a telehealth consult via the ‘book now’ page.
For those of you who do need to come to the clinic, please expect to answer some brief health questions, have your temperature taken and be offered hand sanitiser on your arrival. We must protect both you and our tireless workforce. Our whole team of doctors, nurses, receptionists and admin are continuing to work every day so that they can be there for you.
If you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms and are worried, please call us directly. Do not attend the clinic without calling first. If your symptoms are mild, please stay home and rest until you are better. This is very important – STAY HOME.
These times are currently uncertain and sometime in the future we will look back and review what we could’ve done better. There is always room for improvement and our clinic is constantly changing to adapt to situations as they occur.
Please feel confident, that we will always be there for you, one way or the other. You are extremely important to us and we will always endeavour to provide the best healthcare to you and your family.
