Telehealth and Fees

It has been a difficult couple of years and our clinic has adapted and supported our patient community as best we can. Telehealth medicine was originally a temporary service during the Covid-19 pandemic and we were happy to bulk-bill while many patients were struggling financially and juggling work commitments during lockdowns. Now that telehealth is here to stay and we are starting to navigate the ‘new normal’, the clinic is unable to absorb the cost of providing this service as a bulk-bill only. Consequently, from 1st June 2022, all telehealth will be charged the same as a visit in-person to the clinic. We thank you for your commitment to our practice and we will continue to provide quality care for you and your family.
