Sheraz grew up in Southeast Melbourne and completed his Bachelor of Biomedical Science with Honours at Monash University. He then moved to Canberra to pursue his Doctor of Medicine and Surgery at Australian National University. Following his graduation, Sheraz stayed in Canberra for an additional two years, gaining invaluable experience during his hospital training years, which he greatly enjoyed.
With a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care, Sheraz has now returned to Melbourne to be closer to his family and to commence his GP training. Sheraz enjoys all aspects of medicine and is particularly interested in paediatrics, preventative health, and mental health.
In his free time, Sheraz enjoys hiking, reading, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
