Zara is a GP registrar who graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (Hons). She spent her childhood living in the Northern Territory and Kenya, before moving to Melbourne for her university degree & medical training. After graduating, she spent three years working at Frankston Hospital across a wide range of specialties, including Emergency Medicine, Women’s Health and Paediatrics. She is interested in all aspects of general practice and is excited to continue to my GP training at Carrum Downs Medical Centre.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and has recently been attempting to learn to ski. She shares a home with her miniature dachshund, Simi, who loves the beach and chasing tennis balls.
